Mr. POWERasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether he will make representations to the Treasury in favour of the recoup 1244W ment, as part of the expenses of the Royal Commission on the Poor Law System, of the sums necessarily paid to their officials by Irish Boards of Guardians for the work of preparing the returns asked for by the Royal Commissioners?
