§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have considered their inspector's Report on this case, and have intimated to the owner their estimated price for William Bullman's former holding. They understand that the owner has accepted their estimate. They are not at present in a position to say when Bullman will be reinstated.
