§ Mr. RUPERT GUINNESSasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he is now in a position to state what action he proposes to take relative to the resolution which was unanimously passed by the managers of the Metropolitan Asylums District on 7th December, 1907, asking the Local Government Board to cause an inquiry to be made into the cause of scarlet fever; and whether any, and, if so, what, further means could be adopted for its prevention, in view of the continued prevalence of the disease, notwithstanding the extensive isolation accommodation which has been provided?
