§ Mr. LLOYD-GEORGEThe amalgamation of the Customs and Excise staffs at Belfast has not yet been effected. Pending the report of the Committee appointed to inquire into the conditions under which amalgamation can best be effected, no statement can be made as to the result of any changes that may be necessary, or as to the economies that may be possible.
