§ Mr. BIRRELLThe taking of a plot of land for a labourer's cottage on this man's holding was provisionally authorised by a Local Government Board inspector in April, 1908, but was disallowed on appeal to the County Court. No reference to the question of interference with the water supply available for his cattle was made by Mangan in the petition he presented to the County Court. If these are not the proceedings to which the hon. Member refers I shall be happy to make further inquiries on being furnished with fuller particulars.
