§ Mr. VINCENT KENNEDYasked the Chief Secretary if he will say whether the present holder of the evicted farm on the Carmichael estate, Aughterera, Mount-nugent, county Cavan, on 9th May, 1907, signed a surrender of this farm to the Estates Commissioners for the purpose of having the evicted tenant, Miss Anne Beglan, reinstated; have the Estates Commissioners since taken any action in the matter; are they aware that this woman has lived in a ditch for over 22 years; and will steps be taken to expeditiously deal with this case?
