§ Mr. BIRRELLNo application has yet been received by the Land Commission from Mr. Hunter Moore for the payment of a fee under section 23 (11) of the Irish Land Act, 1903, for negotiating the sale of the Kilmorey estate under section 6 of that Act. The purchase money of the estate was £194,005.
