§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have decided, after inquiry, to take no action in reference to the application of Patrick McGrath for reinstatement in his former holding of 2½, acres, which is now in the occupation of another tenant. It would be contrary to the established practice to state the reasons which actuate the Commissioners in the exercise of their discretion.
