§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners received an application on 24th July, 1907, from Miss Margaret Clarke in respect of a holding on the estate of Mrs. Penelope Filgate, in county Louth. Miss Clarke states that she was evicted in 1894 from the holding which is now in the occupation of another tenant. The application does not come within the provisions of the Evicted Tenants Act, and the estate is not pending for sale under the Irish Land Act, 1903.
