§ Mr. HUGH BARRIEasked the Chief Secretary whether he will grant a Return setting forth the Minutes of Proceedings of the Commissioners of National Education on the question of restoring to teachers their civil rights, together with the voting on the various resolutions on the subject?
§ Mr. BIRRELLI have referred this question to the Commissioners of National Education, who state that they cannot give the information asked for as the Minutes of their Proceedings are of a confidential character.
