§ the Light Railways Act, 1896, are made by the National Debt Commissioners, but no such advances have been made since 1st April, 1908. The annuities set up for repayment of advances of previous years amounted in 1908–9 to £8,029, and the same sum is provided for 1909–10 (Class II., Vote 3, Sub-head V.).
