§ Mr. LLOYD-GEORGEI hope shortly to introduce a Bill dealing with the Development Grants and the funds provided in the Finance Bill for construction and improvement of motor roads. Provisions will be included in the Bill for grants or advances to be made in relation to both agriculture and forestry.
