§ Mr. BUXTONThere are approximately 545 salaried sub postmasters and sub-postmistresses in the employ of the Post Office. Head postmasters and salaried sub-postmasters are paid according to the work performed at their respective offices, and I do not think that the Return asked for would serve any useful purpose.
