§ Mr. FIELDasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he is aware that at the recent Technical Congress held at Galway a resolution was passed asking that the Treasury should provide a grant for the building of technical schools in Ireland; and whether he will advise that this money should be at once provided in order that technical education may be adequately equipped in Ireland?
