§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have decided not to take any action with regard to the application of James M'Gorty for reinstatement in a holding on this estate at one time in his occupation, and now in the possession of another tenant. It would be contrary to the established practice to state the reasons which actuated the Commissioners in the exercise of their discretion.
