§ Mr. CHURCHILLApart from the rise in the price of bread, the Board of Trade1640W have recently had under consideration the question of the issue of a circular calling the attention of local authorities to the provisions of the sale of Bread Acts with regard to sale by weight and the desirability of their enforcement. I propose to issue such a circular immediately.
