Board of Trade if he can state why no passenger or other traffic facility has been afforded between South Harrow, the terminus of the District Railway, and Raynes Lane, on the Metropolitan Railway, although the connection has been constructed and equipped for some years, and whether he can do anything to secure for the public the advantages the connection is calculated to give?
