§ Mr. BURNSThe facts are as stated in the question. The scheme involves the laying of a sewer on the foreshore below high water mark, and to this the consent of the Board of Trade is necessary. They have the matter before them, and as soon as their decision has been given I shall be prepared to deal with the application for sanction to the loan.
