§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLMr. Love, who was recently appointed outside farm steward at the Albert Agricultural College, Glasnevin, received his practical training on the farm of Scarvahern, Castlederg, county Tyrone, and his technical training at the Department's winter classes in the same county, of which he was a distinguished student. There was no candidate available who had been trained at the college.
