§ Mr. Blunkett[Holding answer 7 June, 2004]: Some of the detainees questioned by UK intelligence personnel have complained about their treatment in detention. All complaints made by detainees interviewed by British Intelligence officers were passed onto the US authorities, who are responsible for the treatment of those detained in Guantanamo Bay.
