§ Dr. LadymanNational health service mental health in-reach teams will be in place in some 90 prisons in England by March 2004, covering those establishments where mental health need is greatest. Our expectation is that where such teams are fully operational, care plans will have been drawn up for all prisoners with severe mental illness.
