asked Her Majesty's Government:
When they will lay before Parliament their second stage evaluation of the Children Act Sub-Committee guidelines regarding cases of parental contact where there is domestic violence. [HL723]

§ Lord Filkin
We are currently considering the results of the second survey. The results will be published at the same time as the Government's final response to the Children Act Sub-Committee (CASC) report,Making Contact Work. A copy of the results of the second survey will be placed in the Libraries of both Houses and a copy sent to the noble Baroness.
