To ask the Secretary of State for Health how much funding(a) in absolute terms and (b) per head of population has been made available in (i) Lincolnshire and (ii) England for the provision of adult social services in each year since 1995. [148475]

These are Carers, Training Support Programme, Human Resources Development Strategy, Performance Fund and National Training Strategy Grants. It is not possible to split these grants between adult and children's services.
