Whether it is possible under the interim arrangements of 19 November 2002 (Cmnd 5708) for the Government of the Irish Republic unilaterally to set budgets for the Cross-Border Implementation Bodies. [HL2979]

No. All decisions relating to North/South bodies are made by agreement between the two Governments.
