Whether there has been any underspend in the grant programmes in the years from 2000 by the European Union Special Programmes Body (one of the implementation bodies set up after the Belfast agreement of 1998); if so, how much was the underspend in each year; for what reason it arose; and what happened to the funds underspent. § Lord Williams of MostynMoney committed for the years 2000 and 2001 must be spent by 31 December 2003. This is the first date at which underspends for these years, if any, would be recorded.
