To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer for what reason the figure of £850 million saved in Government procurement was not included in the Treasury performance report against public service agreement. [91937]

The data gathering for the value for money gains in 2001–02 was not completed by the publication date of the Performance Report. Total gains for 2000–01 and 2001–02 are £815 million.
