Whether they will announce how they intend to proceed on the Use Classes Order before the Licensing Bill begins its Report stage in the House of Lords, and whether they will make nightclubs a sui generis use before the Bill comes into effect. [HL1260]

The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister is considering the responses to the consultation paper on possible options for change to the current Use Classes Order provisions and will make an announcement about how we intend to proceed as soon as possible.
