§ Clare ShortThe Starter Pack Scheme has been replaced by the Targeted Inputs Programme financed by my Department and the Norwegian Government. The IMF and World Bank are fully aware of Malawi TIP arrangements, and that in 2002, the number of beneficiary poor farmer households, has been doubled to 2 million.
