§ Mr. JamiesonThe Strategic Rail Authority (SRA) has conducted a twice yearly national on-train passenger satisfaction survey since Autumn 1999. Results are reported at national and individual Train Operating Company level and are published in the SRA's 'On Track' publication in June and December each year. The most recent results were published on 6 June 2002.
