The Advocate-GeneralCourt actions against the Scottish Executive or challenges to legislation of the Scottish Parliament alleging failure to comply with European law must be intimated to me as devolution issues. I then decide whether it would be appropriate for me, as Advocate-General, to intervene. That will depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
