To ask the Advocate-General what representations she has received in the previous month relating to possible breaches of rights within the scope of the European Convention on Human Rights. [65328]

The Advocate-General
In the past month 22 devolution issues, intimated to me in terms of the Scotland Act, have concerned matters under the European Convention on Human Rights. I have received no other representations about the ECHR.
