§ Mr. FoulkesSince its establishment in June 2000, the Scottish Drugs Enforcement Agency, in partnership with other enforcement bodies, has seized controlled drugs worth over £25 million.
Since 1 April 2001, 24 confiscation orders relating to the proceeds of drug trafficking have been secured in Scottish courts. The value of these orders totalled £370,000.
