HC Deb 15 January 2002 vol 378 cc164-5W
15. Mr. Lazarowicz

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what discussions she has had with Scottish Ministers regarding Scottish participation in EU institutions. [25084]

Mrs. Liddell

Both the Minister of State and I have regular meetings with Scottish Ministers to discuss those reserved policy areas that affect Scotland.

Government policy on these matters is set out in the Memorandum of Understanding, and the concordats on International Relations and Co-ordination of European Policy Issues, agreed between the Government and the devolved Administrations.
