From 1 April 1994 to 31 July 1999—a contract existed for facilities management services for the Department's Head Office site in Runcorn, which was formerly part of the Employment Department estate.From 1 April 1994 and 30 September 1998—a contract existed for facilities management services for the Department's Head Office site in London, which was formerly part of the Employment Department estate.
