§ Mr. Charles ClarkeThe Metropolitan police research initiative published on 21 June is the only recent report I have received on the use of drugs in rape cases. The evidence in respect of the use of Gammahydroxybutyrate and Rohypnol and its findings will be reported to the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, the statutory body the Government rely on for providing expert advice on drug misuse matters.
