§ Mrs. RocheThe Government's policy concerning the European Refugee Fund is set out in the Home Office Explanatory Memorandum of 28 February, copies of which were deposited in the Library. Since the Explanatory Memorandum, the United Kingdom has opted in to this proposal under the terms of our protocol to the Treaty of Amsterdam.
