§ Dr. HowellsA Standard Individual Export Licence (SIEL) was issued in respect of the application covering the export of RDX in its raw form to Oman on 7 March 2000. A decision has not yet been taken on an application for an Open Individual Export Licence covering exports to a number of destinations including Spain. A decision has not yet been taken on the application for a SIEL to Turkey.
