§ Mr. MullinResponsibility for licensing under the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 rests with local authorities, and information on prosecutions is not held centrally. My Department will shortly be commissioning research into the effectiveness of the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976.
