§ Kate HoeyMy Department holds information only on gross ticket sales. Neither the National Lottery Commission nor my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State require an analysis of sales by constituency to fulfil their statutory objectives under the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (as amended). There is, therefore, no requirement for the National Lottery operator, Camelot Group plc, to provide the information in this format, and they have not done so.
