§ Mr. Chris SmithProgramme scheduling and content are of course matters for the broadcasters and the Independent Television Commission. I have however expressed the hope that, when the ITC reviews next Spring the conditions laid down as part of its approval of the ending of "News at Ten", it will be robust in its analysis of whether those conditions are being met.
