What consideration is being given to the possibility that NATO's attacks on a non-nuclear country will be seen by other non-nuclear countries as a rationale for the acquisition of nuclear weapons. [HL2140]

We see no reason why NATO action in Kosovo should lead any state to consider acquiring nuclear weapons.
