Mr. Jon Owen JonesDrug misuse is prevalent in all areas of Wales. The current Welsh Drug and Alcohol Strategy, "Forward Together", addresses the needs of both rural and urban areas in Wales. Throughout Wales Drug and Alcohol Action Teams are responsible for tackling drug and alcohol misuse and for encouraging local agencies to develop activities and services appropriate to
