§ Mr. HainThe Welsh Office has received representations from landowners and occupiers affected by the road scheme as part of the negotiation process between their Agents and the Department's Agents on the appropriate level of compensation for the land taken for the road scheme.
Following the transfer of functions, this issue will be a matter for the National Assembly.
