§ Mr. DenhamThe Director of Health Service Accreditation (HSA) wrote on 3 March 1999 advising customers of its closure. As of 16 March, HSA had received a total of 14 letters from contributors to the service standards reports or from providers of patient services eligible for accreditation. They all expressed regret that the work of the HSA had come to an end and all hoped that ways might be found of maintaining access to the materials.
