§ Mr. HuttonThe Department has made a laptop computer available to each Minister to enable them to e-mail non-sensitive documents securely to and from their Private Office and access other departmental information sources. I currently use this facility as does the Minister of State, my hon. Friend the Member for Southampton, Itchen (Mr. Denham).
