§ Mr. Spellar[holding answer 24 February 1999]: I will publish targets for the Army Personnel Centre, APC, for the year 1999–2000 by the end of April 1999.
The Army Base Storage and Distribution Agency will cease to exist after 31 March 1999. Following the Strategic Defence Review, a new, tri-Service Defence Storage and Distribution Agency will be established from 1 April 1999. The new Agency's Key Targets will also be published in April this year.
