When they expect publication of the second report from the "Committee of Wise Men" about fraud and irregularities in the European Commission, which was clue at the end of June; and whether they will encourage its expedition in Brussels [HL3777]

The publication of the second report of the Group of Independent Experts is a matter for the European Parliament and Commission, under whose auspices the group works. The group was asked to produce a second report in the autumn. The Government expect that the second report will be published in September.
