§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe Development Agreement between the Secretary of State and London and Continental Railways as signed in 1996 was revised this year by two supplemental agreements known as the 2nd and 3rd Supplemental Agreements to the Development Agreement. Annexed to the 2nd Supplemental Agreement is a print of the entire revised text. I have arranged for both Supplemental Agreements to be placed in the House of Commons Library.
