§ Mrs. LiddellTwo priority projects in the United Kingdom will receive some £27.8 million. £19.3 million will go towards the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and £8.5 million towards the West Coast Main Line. The UK will also receive over £4 million for other schemes, including £2.16 million for four projects to improve ground transport access to Birmingham, Manchester, London Luton and London City airports, and £1.6 million for a development study of satellite-based aviation and marine navigation systems.
