To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what changes he has made to the Ministry of Defence Police regulations since 30 March 1998. [89388]

None. However, changes to the MDP Complaints and Discipline regulations, in parallel with those introduced for Home Department Police Forces, are currently subject to consultation with interested parties.
